PICCA was founded in 1993 in Taichung. Being the pioneer of POF products in Taiwan, we have devoted
ourselves to be a professional supplier of packaging equipment and consumables by designing and
developing customized products to meet the different needs of various industries for over 15 years.

Due to a significant rise of environmental consciousness in the 21st century, POF material shrink film has
become one of the most popular material in various industries. PICCA implements intensive trainings to
enhance good quality machinery. Thanks to your constant support with high performance shrink films,
PICCA is expanding the business with robust products and with the complete post sale service we provide.

Tainan branch office was created in 2005 for providing instant services and to explore the potential markets in
southern Taiwan.
In March 2011, another facility was established in Taichung for demonstration of our machinery and product
range.
