Mr. Li Wei-Chung devoted in canned and dehydrated food many years. He is familiar with the manufacturing procedure of processed foods. For expanding food’s shelf life, making food’s delicious and colorful, keeping food’s crispy, manufacturers always use chemical additives like preservatives, stabilizer, artificial colors and flavors, sugar, saccharin, SO2…, etc. After eight years of painstaking study on natural dehydrated foods, Mr. Li Wei-Chung finally developed the world's First Vacuum Fry-dried Food in 1975 and obtained the national patent right for 15 years in Taiwan.
This unique process, which uses rapid low temperature and low pressure, allows the production on chips which not only retain the original natural flavors, colors and nutrition (vitamins, minerals, fibers, etc.) of the fruits and vegetables used, but also eliminates the need for adding artificial flavors, artificial colors, preservatives, stabilizer, and other unnatural additives. All products have been tested through 202 items of pesticide analysis and approved by TUV Rheinland AIMEX Ltd. in Germany, there is none pesticide residual. We also acquire the certification of ISO 22000 and HACCP.
