Stentor Industries Co.,Ltd.

Stentor Industries Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986 to operate import and export business, and began manufacturing vegetarian food in 1992, and to satisfy the increasingly market demand for textured vegetable protein, which is one of the main ingredients for producing meat substitute products, in 1993, the Company purchased a Japanese-made twin-screw food extruder to produce said textured vegetable protein.

In response to rapid growth of the vegetarian food product business, Stentor relocated to a new plant in Taoyuan, Taiwan in 1996 and subsequently relocated in year 2000 to even larger plant with more production capacity in Yunlin, Taiwan when the market demand rocketed.

Due to difference in opinion among board members in terms of the Company's future directions, Stentor moved back to a new plant in Taoyuan in year 2006.

Stentor is synonymous with quality. The management aims to maintain its reputation of being a reliable manufacturer and supplier of consistent high quality products and an attentive and timely provider of after-sales services.

Current production capacity is 3,600 metric tons in year 2014.

Being a leading producer of textured vegetable protein meat substitute, and with its sense of responsibility to the environment, ecology and public health, Stentor applies its expertise and seeks its clients' feedback in its research and development of innovative products.

Thus far, its knowledge of and experience in screw configuration, operating parameters, die designs and recipes have created various Greentex® products which are supplied to clients and consumers worldwide.
