Tomax Enterprise Co., Ltd. has been engaging in the processing, manufacture and trade of spice since 1976. It has introduced exclusive frozen grinding technology and facility to preserve the freshness and original flavor of spice in order to ensure the natural taste of spice. Committed to being the “best companion of consumers” and pursuing quality excellence, with continual improvements and innovations. Tomax has passed ISO22000, HACCP and FGPA certifications from 2007. Furthermore, it has established the hydrolysis and thermal reaction production line (patent pending) for natural food ingredients under the guidance of the Food Industry Research and Development Institute.

Facility
We are the only domestic manufacturer using the frozen grinding facility imported from Germany to preserve the aroma and natural flavor of spice by grinding in a low-temperature environment chilled with liquid nitrogen. All shops, including the drying, grinding, mixing and packaging shops, are independent to prevent to prevent mutual interference of spice.
Storage
Materials are stored at different temperatures according to their nature. Lots are stored on well-ventilated shelves(about 1,000) to ensure product quality.
R&D
We have powerful R&D team working in division of specialization, including mixing of raw materials and products, process development and quality specification establishment, development of new products that start fashion, and consultation service of professional spice knowledge.
Quality Control
We provide professional training for quality controllers and establish the microbiology laboratory to conduct strict quality control over incoming materials, lots and products, and processes.
