A solution for automatic shaping, stamping food, and aligning final products on a tray. The Automatic Stamping and Aligning Machine is designed to shape and stamp snacks such as red turtle cakes, Teochew kueh, Taiwanese pineapple cakes and Middle East mammoul. The stamping mold can be customized as needed. The machine size allows more flexible in the use of space. The shaping mold and pattern are able to be tailored to meet customers' needs.
By putting the first formed products on the conveyor, the Automatic Stamping and Aligning Machine is capable of shaping, and stamping products, and then aligning them on the tray. The rolling device rolls the first formed products into cylinder. Then, the stamping device shaping and stamping, which is designed with a special system to demold the products easily. Then, the final products are automatically conveyed and aligned on the trays. The built-in sensors make the products accurately locate in position.
