Bottom-Discharge Scraping Type Oil Hydraulic Centrifugal Separator (Automatic)
Features and Function :
(1) Basket, shell and safety cover are all made of stainless steel.
(2) The machine is driven by an hydraulic motor driving system which provides smooth start, low power consumption and stable speed acceleration.
(3) This type has not any consumption of clutch, brake belt & V-belt. No dust, no static-electricity and not need to be driven by belt wheel.
(4) The machine is incorporated with an hydraulic brake system which provides stable and smooth deceleration. The special design of the machine will not cause sharp braking and shaft distortion.
(5) The hydraulic motor driving system can rotate in high speed, feeding system in middle speed & scraping in low speed.
(6) No auxiliary motor is needed, and there is no need to change the driving pulley belt.
(7) The operating speed (rotating speed) range is 8-900 RPM which speed can be properly selected for handling the dehydration process for different kinds of fabric.
(8) The machine provides a high dehydration effect that can save working time of drying, and therefore reduce the processing cost.
(9) The Rotating Basket (Rotating cage) has passed the computerized balancing test. Thus it will not cause any safety problem.
(10) The machine is incorporated with an oil temperature controller; an oil level controller, a three-point suspension type vibration sensing device (sensor) and a tachometer (speed meter).
(11) All the parts of the hydraulic system are provided by REXROTH and are imported from Germany.
(12) The complete machine adopts the PLC micro computer monitor system, it can display the functions of running, manual / automatic operation, one stroke & timer.
(13) The processing procedure can be easily changed by altering the program (such as : liquid extraction, water rinse and separation mode setting).
(14) Auto or manual operation mode available (switch-over between automatic and manual mode). Possesses the function of abnormal condition message display that enables the operator to control the processing procedure effectively and stop the systems instantaneously by emergent brake in case of emergency.
