This vertical-type breading machine (400/600 width) is suitable for food manufacturers who needs process food in higher productivity.
Applied to coat chicken/meat/fish filet, chicken wings/nuggets, Tonkatsu, pork chop, hash brown, croquette, hot dog, refreshments...etc.
This machine can also be connected with a forming machine(DH806-2) to be a production line. e.g. vegetarian fillet / nuggets.
Auto-process with efficiency, fast and high quality. It's easy to operate, dismantle, maintenance and clean.

Batter & Crumb Coating Machine is suitable for big food manufacturer or food production line, applied to coat chicken/meat/fish filet, chicken wings, hot dog, refreshments, etc food production line. Auto-process with efficiency, fast and high quality, the coated product will be more crispy and tasty. ▲Battering Machine keeps batter material without precipitation, recycle system pumps recurring batter for reused. ▲Breading Machine uses waterfall mode with vibrator to make coating evenly, beautiful shaped and increasing make rate. All of the components of both can be lifted for cleaning, clean up in the shortest time, easy and sanitary. The height can be adjusted by feet for connecting with automatic production line, fits to any other equipment. Batter and Crumb Coating are independent machines. It can be purchased for one unit or one set. We can design and customize the machine as required.
1. Whole machine is made of stainless steel.
2. Special batter box: filters batter to prevent dregs from getting stuck in pump.
3. Evenly coating--Waterfall type: batter/crumbs can be covered on the product evenly.
4. Press roller: makes the crumbs attached to the product tightly.
5. Blower: to blow away surplus batter/crumbs if you don't need that much on it
6. Powder/crumbs recycle system--Waterwheel form: recycles powder and keeps the crumbs intact.
7. Good-quality components: The conveyor belt is made of flexible wire which is good extension and endure metal fatigue.
8. Batter / Crumb Coating machine can be purchased separately.
9. Optional purchase--DH511 Dust Collector: collects light powder in the air. e.g. starch
