Nature's Pride, maker of 100% natural breads that are available across the country, is introducing new packaging for its wide-pan Hearty Breads featuring simplified nutritional benefits to help consumers make healthy, better-informed choices.
"At Nature's Pride, we know making sense of nutritional information can be challenging for busy consumers looking for naturally delicious foods," says Stacey Schultz, Nature's Pride brand manager. "So we've made it easier to learn about the nutritional benefits of our breads with easy-to-read nutritional facts and icons on all of our popular Hearty Bread varieties. Our customers can feel good knowing our breads are 100 percent natural, offering the wholesome goodness provided by natural ingredients."
The new packaging, for instance, clearly highlights that each slice of Nature's Pride 100% Whole Wheat contains 22 grams of whole grains, contains no high fructose corn syrup and is a good source of fiber. On new Hearty Wheat with Flax packaging, consumers can easily see that the 100% natural bread is baked with pure olive oil and is a good source of Omega 3-ALA.
All the Hearty Bread varieties, including Nutty Oat, 12-Grain, Healthy Multi-Grain, Country White, Double Fiber, Stone Ground Whole Wheat with Honey and Country Buttermilk, feature helpful new nutritional call-outs and are available at grocery stores across the country. The new packaging will soon be expanded to all Nature's Pride bread and roll varieties.
