Rexam partners Acáo to launch organic vegan ‘smart drink’

Rexam has teamed up with Acáo, the German drinks start-up, to launch a new organic vegan ‘smart drink’ in Rexam’s 250ml slim cans.


Patenting the ‘Smart Drink’ as a new generation of beverage, Acáo, made from 100% natural ingredients, is said to offer consumers a healthy alternative to an energy drink.


Aimed at a health conscious audience with a vested interest in well being, the 250ml slim cans are suitable for on-the-go consumption.


The cans use Rexam’s HD printing to bring to life a detailed illustration of the brands mascot, the Macow Parrot.


The value added matt-over varnish finish gives a premium feel which, Rexam said, reflects the brand’s sophistication while appealing to the key target consumer.

 

Christopher Reimann, Acáo’s founder and chief marketing officer said: “We were recommended Rexam by our filler and are thrilled to have worked with a global can maker.
