It's practically normal to push one's self to the limits, most especially to those  individuals who are madly in-love with alcoholic beverages.  Though this may seem thrilling, too much alcohol intake can sometimes be hazardous and can cause alcohol poisoning. The Food and Wine website was able to put up a list of banned alcoholic beverages. The alcoholic concoctions on the list are not only banned in the United States but also in United Kingdom.

1. Nutcrackers [This Drink is Banned in New York City]

The Nutcracker cocktail was originally concocted in Harlem. This drink has been a New York City summer tradition as early as 1990s. The Nutcracker is composed of basic simple ingredients.  It is composed of numerous high proof liquors such as the 10-proof Devil's springs vodka, 151-proof Bacardi rum, Southern Comfort or Just about anything that contains more than 100 proof of alcohol. It is then mixed with sweet tasting fruit juices such as mango, apple, cranberry, and pineapple. It is then places inside a freezer to create a slushy texture. It isn't hard to fins across New York and it can usually be bought for $10 per 12oz.

2. Moby Dick Whale Cocktail [banned in the United Kingdom]

Strange as it may seem this drink contains dried whale skin. It was once served in a night bar in East London which consist whisky, scotch, ale and bitters infused with a slice of dried whale skin which is illegal in several European countries. The bar owner however stated that an employee who bought the whale was just vacationing in Japan when he bought the product with him; not knowing it was prohibited in the UK.

3. Vaportini [Banned in Maryland]

This alcohol is consumed in a unique way. Vaportini can be consumed by using a straw and a simple device that evaporates the flavor infused alcohol.  It provides faster intoxication since the vapors deliver the booze directly into the blood stream instead of being processed through the stomach.
