The ORACLE ERP, serving the heart of the information system, is established for customers through the connection of high security EIP to CRM, and through the connection of the CRM to WMS together with MRP and MPS support systems. In particular, complete re-labeling process and material management are achieved by MRP and MPS support systems. The HPM provides information for customers to follow up the real time biding process and to analyze price change. Meanwhile, customer price data in ERP will be updated synchronously. By assisting centers for Disease Control, Arich became national Disease Prevention Material distribution center since 2003. Rapid delivery service is provided to hospitals, military units and 6 major CVS channels (Convenience Store) together with the quarantine control assistance. Arich also helped Taiwan government deliver emergency goods to the South Asia for Tsunami damage in 2004, to the New Orleans for Katrina Hurricane damage in 2005 and to the Philippines for floods etc. Besides, Arich has become the only contracted pharmaceutical company for the 2nd -degree controlled drugs management, recognized by Centers for Disease Control in 2006.
