The response from those stores regarding to the usage of plastic packing materials as mentioned above shows that a required reduction should be by 15% in the first year, 25% in the second year, and the subsequent annual reductions will be amended depending on the success rate of stores.

The source material for PLA comes from plants; the growth in the growing process has already provided a lot of oxygen. Through coating the paper, it enlarges the usage of the advantage of two different substrates combined with tow different properties. After a simple treatment of recycled waste which are used and dumped by the consumers, the pulp can be reused repetitively, because PLA coating membrane can be decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, which does not pollute the water resource.
