613-VS Multi Slicer

Grote's 613-VS Multi-Slicer is ideal for today's food service industry. It performs a variety of slicing applications, including bulk slicing, stacking, and shingling into portions.

Boneless/non-frozen meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, and bread products are all precisely sliced at a variable rate from 60 to 90 strokes per minute, per lane. Product may be continuously loaded into the product holders while the machine is in operation.

The 613-VS Slicer uses Grotes unique, and patented Accuband® blade system for optimal slice quality and product yield. Products are hand fed and may be inserted continuously while the machine is in operation. Its large, smooth surfaces make it easy to clean, and its four locking casters allow it to be moved on location.

Most functions of the 613-VS can be controlled with the user-friendly keypad. The keypad utilizes easily identifiable symbols to simplify the function selection process. Slice arrangement, stroke count, slice spacing, blade lubrication, and conveyor belt speed may all be adjusted in an instant on the keypad.
