The operator just put empty molds on the mold stand and then the machine will begin filling work.

Both filling frequency and filling volume can be adjusted.

There are vibrating machines for customers’ selection. Two units of model no. TCS-DS300 can be used together with no. TCS-VB2.

TCS-DS150 manual model is available. Any molds can be filled. Filling nozzle is optional, which is used as per moldboard aperture distance.
