Bottlegreen gives ‘Enjoy Hot’ pack a makeover
2012-11-01 PackagingNews Premium adult soft drinks manufacturer Bottlegreen has handed its ‘Enjoy Hot’ cordial product a makeover
Bottlegreen first launched its Enjoy Hot proposition back in 2010 and has seen sales of its cordial grow. Christmas 2011 saw an 8% increase in volume compared to the previous festive season and a 36% sales increase in December from November, according to Bottlegreen. According to the firm, this year 350,000 of the iconic 500ml Bottlegreen bottles will feature a bold flash with ‘Enjoy Hot’ and ‘Enjoy Hot or Cold’ on its packaging to “guarantee strong on-shelf stand”. The Bottlegreen range consists of spiced berry and ginger & lemongrass. Simon Speers, managing director of Bottlegreen Drinks Company, said: “Our Enjoy Hot proposition has been going from strength-to-strength with warm cordials now an established trend. As many of our competitors are following in our footsteps, it’s encouraging to see more people opting for hot beverages that are full of flavour, not caffeine, and offer a great non-alcoholic soft drink for get-togethers and Christmas parties.”
