1. Food grade non woven material. Applicable for heat and ultrasonic automated sealing machines.
2. For heat sealing machine, we have developed the material in two temperature zones. Where the inner side provides lower melting point, in the same time keeps outer side with higher melting point. This minimizes the chance of surface stickiness to the bearings to increase productivity.
3. With superb strength, PolySack ™ can reduce the breakage of material over long period of cooking when using conventional cotton paper/fiber paper materials.
4. Compare with conventional cotton paper tea bag, the Poly Sack™ dissolves and release the flavors more quickly.
5. Tested by SGS Taiwan and contains no heavy metal, fluorescent agent and phthalates. High temperature allowance, does not release of toxic contents for your daily use.
