The laminating line of pastry sheet food making machine is with special design dough rolling and sheeting mechanisms which won't apply much energy to dough sheet that can keep taste similar to manual made.
The laminating line of pastry sheet food making machine is with special design dough rolling and sheeting mechanisms which won't apply much energy to dough sheet that can keep taste similar to manual made.A laminated dough is created by pressing together alternating layers of dough and butter,generally butter is spread on a thin layer of the dough, and then the dough is folded and rolled out repeatedly to create many alternating layers TY-3000 can be set up in U-Shape, L-shape and I-shape depends on the given space available and the type of production. Both L and I-shape with 1 folding device, U-shape with 2 ones. Collocate with filling mechanisms and other equipments, like seeding unit, guillotine, dividing and spreading, roll mold cutter can produce various type puff pastry products,e.g.: filled Products and Non-Filled Products, Corissant, Crescent, Rolled Products, Various shapes of dough pastry & dough wrapper. Can use in wheat flour, wheat starch, puff pastry, oiled pastry,...etc. and the machine can Semi/Automatic produced puff pastry, Japanese soft bread and dough wrapper, French Pastry, Puff Pastry etc.
